Chat with Customers

Chat with your customers is an opportunity to:

  • Improve sales. If you answer the customers' questions, this will help them make a decision about purchasing the product. You can offer them associated products when chatting.
  • Receive feedback. Chatting with customers can help you identify the flaws of the PDP and correct them.

How to enable it #

Go to the Settings → Notifications and chats page.

Read and accept the Rules of communication with Ozon customers.

When the chat is enabled, customers will be able to message you by clicking:

  • the Ask about the product button on the PDP;
  • the Contact Seller button in the Orders section of the customer’s profile.

How to start chatting #

Notifications about new messages from customers are displayed in the upper right corner of your profile page. To answer a message, click on the notification.

To view the chat with the customer:

  1. Click on the bell icon in the upper right corner of your profile page.
  2. Go to the Chat with customers section.
