In personal account #

Via chat #

To view notifications:

  • In your personal account on the website: go to the Messages section or click in the upper right corner.
  • In the Ozon Seller app: go to the Chats section.

Notifications about changes in the contract, finances, or the delivery process are shown on the Main tab.

Messages from Ozon managers are shown on the Support tab.

These notifications are important for your work, so you can’t turn them off.

In order not to miss the news, enable push notifications in the Ozon Seller app and regularly check your personal account.

On the banner #

To make sure that you don’t miss important news about working with the marketplace, we can publish them on a banner at the top of the screen.

By email #

We send emails about changes in commissions, contracts, regulations, or terms of partnership with Ozon. Users with the “Manager” role are additionally informed about important Ozon news. For example, the launch of new advertising formats, changes in work schemes, and announcements of big sales.

You can’t unsubscribe from this mailing list.

Change email address #

Users with the “Administrator”, “Product Manager”, “Financial Manager”, “Promotion Manager”, “Warehouse Manager” and “Technology Partner” roles can change email address in their personal accounts.

To change your email address:

  1. Go to the SettingsMy notifications section.
  2. In the Email section, click and specify your new email address.
  3. Click Save.

Users with the “Manager” role can’t change their email address. You can create a new account with a different email address or transfer the manager’s rights to another user.

If the emails don’t arrive #

  • Make sure you have entered your email address correctly. If you find a typo, change your email address.
  • Check the spam folder. If there were emails from Ozon Seller, open any and click Not spam.
  • Add global@global.ozon.com address to your contact list.
  • If you have a corporate email address, the server can block Ozon mailings. Ask the system administrator to:
    • Check whether your mail server filters out emails from the Ozon domain, server, or IP address.
    • Add global@global.ozon.com address and seller.ozon.ru, ozon.ru domains to the list of senders from which you can receive mail.
