How to use a referral promo code #

If you:

  • haven’t ordered on Ozon yet, you will receive 300 points when activating the referral promo code in the mobile app. You can pay up to 25% of the product cost with points. They are valid for 5 days after accrual, and then they are automatically debited from the Ozon account. Learn more about the “300 points for the first order on Ozon” promotion.

  • didn’t receive 300 points for the first order, you will get access to closed promotions when activating the referral promo code on the website or in the mobile app. Check with your manager what products the discount applies to.

    If you received 300 points for the first order, you will be able to activate the promo code again and get access to the closed promotions only after you place orders for a total amount of 2,500 rubles without taking into account Ozon points, Ozon.Card points, shipping costs, and purchased Ozon gift certificates.

You can activate the promo code in your personal account.

How to find out which promotions are available with a referral promo code #

Ask the manager to send you links to promotions that are available with their referral promo code. You will find detailed terms and conditions of participation on the promotion page.

To get a discount, activate the promo code in your personal account and add products to the cart. The discount will be applied automatically and will be displayed in the cart.

300 points were not credited for the first order #

300 points for the first order are credited to customers who:

  • registered on Ozon after 01.11.2018;
  • confirmed their phone number and email in their personal account;
  • haven’t placed orders on Ozon;
  • activated a referral promo code in the Ozon mobile app.

If you meet all the conditions, but haven’t received 300 points, contact us via chat. In your message, specify:

  • Your customer ID (the numbers before the hyphen in the number of any of your orders);
  • The referral promo code that you have activated.

We will check the data and contact you.

The discount on the referral promo code does not work #

Make sure that you have selected the products for which the discount is valid with your manager’s referral promo code, and activated the correct promo code.

If everything is correct, contact us via chat. In your message, specify:

  • your customer ID (the numbers before the hyphen in the number of any of your orders);
  • the referral promo code that you have activated.
  • links to the promotion and the product for which the discount does not work.

I can’t activate the referral promo code #

Error Description

Unfortunately, you cannot participate in this promotion. There are more than 3 accounts registered on this device You have violated the rules of the program and will not be able to activate a promo code that gives a one-time discount. But other discounts, promotions and special offers of Ozon are still available to you.

If this doesn’t help, contact us via chat. In your message, specify:

  • your customer ID (the numbers before the hyphen in the number of any of your orders);
  • the referral promo code that you are activating;
  • an error that occurs when activating a promo code.

I activate the referral promo code and see a message saying I need to contact a personal manager #

The referral promo code has been activated successfully. Check with your manager what promotions are available with their referral promo code. You will find detailed terms and conditions of participation on the promotion page.

How to contact the manager #

As a rule, the manager leaves their contacts on the platform where they place the referral promo code.

How to delete a referral promo code #

When you activate a referral promo code, you are not getting linked to one particular manager. For each new order, you need to activate the promo code again. You can continue making purchases on Ozon, just don’t use the manager’s referral promo code in your orders.

If you think that the manager violated the rules of the program, acted dishonestly, or informed you of incorrect conditions, contact us at referral@ozon.ru. In your message, specify:

  • your customer ID (the numbers before the hyphen in the number of any of your orders);
  • the referral promo code that you have activated;
  • describe the situation you are facing.

How to become a manager #

You can become a manager if you are registered on Ozon and are over 18 years old.

To do so:

  1. Make orders for a total amount of 2,500 rubles.
  2. Wait until the orders go to the “Received” status.
  3. Fill out the form on the referral program page.
