You will receive two receipts: one at the time of order payment if your order is prepaid, and one after you receive your order with product details.

Where to find a receipt #

If you pay for your order online, you will receive an electronic receipt. You can download all electronic receipts in your personal account in the Electronic receipts section.

If you need to receive an electronic receipt by mail, specify it when placing an order.

If you pay for the order upon receipt in cash or by bank card, you will receive a cash receipt.

Please note that the absence of a cash receipt does not stop you from making a return.

What should I do if I need a certificate for a product #

Certificate of conformity is a document confirming the product’s compliance with technical requirements and standards. We can provide it upon request. Contact us in the chat. Please note that not all products are subject to mandatory certification, for some products, a certificate is not needed.

If you plan to purchase products from abroad, write to the seller directly with a request to send a copy of the certificate or declaration. The chat is on the product page under the product photo–click Ask the seller about the product.

There is no warranty card, or it is not filled in #

According to the law “On Consumer Protection”, you can not be denied in warranty service even in the absence of a warranty card. It is enough to provide a receipt and the product serial number, it is indicated on the packaging. You do not need a warranty card to return the product.

If there is a warranty card, but it is not filled in, you can fill it in yourself in 14 days (60 days for Ozon Premium subscribers) after order receipt. Specify the date of the order receipt as the date of purchase. Do not fill in the warranty card until the return period has passed.
