Change or cancel a booking before payment #

If you haven’t paid for the order yet, but you want to edit it, cancel the order and place a new one. You don’t have to pay fines or pay extra for cancellation.

To cancel an order, write its number and your request to Ozon Travel Support chat. We will process the request and send you a confirmation email. After that, you can place a new order.

Cancel a paid booking #

To find out the cancellation terms, on the order card in the Rooms and guests block click . If you have booked a room:

  • At a non-refundable rate: the full cost of the order will be withheld when canceling.
  • With a free cancellation option: take into account the date by which you can cancel the order for free. After it, a certain amount will be withheld when canceling.
  • With the option to cancel with a fine: take into account the fine amount.

To cancel an order, write its number and your request to Ozon Travel Support chat. We will process the request and send you a confirmation email. After that, you can place a new order.

Change a paid booking #

If you want to change the paid order, for example, to change the room type or guest details, this must be agreed with the hotel.

To do this, write the order number and your request to Ozon Travel support chat.

We will contact the hotel and give you an answer. If the service is chargeable, we will issue an invoice in your personal account in the Ozon Travel section.

Partial cancellation of a paid booking #

If you want to shorten your stay or reduce the number of guests, write to Ozon Travel Support chat and specify the order number and your request. We will contact the hotel and give you an answer.
