I can’t make your flight, check if your reason for not flying fits the grounds for an involuntary refund of the full ticket price:

illness of a passenger or their close relative traveling with them on an aircraft;
death of a passenger or their close relative;
flight cancellation;
flight delay of more than 4 hours.

If you can’t fly for another reason, this is considered a voluntary refusal, so ticket return or exchange will take into account the fare rules.

To calculate the amount to be refunded, write to the Ozon Travel support chat.

Please note that for some foreign airlines, even involuntary reasons are not grounds for a full refund.
