Pre-order is the opportunity to place an order for products that are not yet available for sale. For example, video games, books, digital products. Products available for pre-order are marked with the Pre-order badge.

Only natural persons can place a pre-order. Pre-order is not available for legal entities.

If you don’t want to miss the start of sales, subscribe to notifications. To do this, click Notify me about the start of sales.

If the pre-sale is not yet available, but you don’t want to miss the opportunity to place a pre-order, subscribe to notifications. To do this, click Notify me about the pre-order start. When the pre-order is available, you will receive a push notification and an email.

How to place a pre-order #

Pre-order is made separately from other products. There can be only one product in the order.

Select the product and click Pre-order. You can pay for the pre-order only in full.

How to edit and cancel the order #

You can edit the order before it is handed to delivery. You can change the recipient and the delivery date and time.

To do this, go to your personal account, select the pre-order and make changes.

To cancel the order, go to your personal account, select the pre-order and click Cancel.

Frequently Asked Questions #

Can I use Ozon points, Ozon.Card points, or SberSpasibo points? #

You can partially pay for the order with Ozon points, Ozon.Card points, but not with SberSpasibo points.

What delivery types are available for pre-order? #

You can place an order:

  • by courier delivery,
  • to the parcel terminal,
  • to the pick-up point.

How do I know when the pre-order will be delivered to the warehouse? #

The terms of the product receipt to the warehouse are indicated in the product card and in your order in your personal account. If the terms of the product receipt are not specified, then we expect receipts from the manufacturer. If the delivery is delayed, we will send you an additional notification.

Will I receive the pre-order on the day of the sales start? #

We try to deliver the product on the day of the sales start, but this is not always possible. The delivery speed depends on your geographic location and the selected delivery date.
