The delivery cost of products from abroad is calculated according to rules.

The products packaging in the warehouse takes up to 5 warehouse’s working days. It takes up to 9 calendar days for your order to be handed over to delivery by Russian Post or a transport company.

The seller selects the transport companies to work with, for example, Russian Post, CDEK, or Boxberry International.

The customer selects the delivery by one of the transport companies offered by the seller.

Products declaring and customs duties #

When ordering products from foreign sellers, additional rules, conditions, and laws apply.

According to the Customs Code, all products crossing the border of the EAEU, regardless of cost and weight, are subject to customs declaration. All international shipments go through the customs clearance procedure in accordance with the established procedure.

Limit on the number of the same products type in one order #

It is not recommended to order more than four products of the same type at once. The order may be recognized as a commercial products batch, and you will have to pay a fee.

Providing passport details and TIN #

When declaring products for personal use, the transport company or its customs representative may request a copy of your passport and TIN.

The transport company operates within the framework of customs legislation and collects passport details in the recipient’s personal account on the transport’s company or its customs representative website. The information is transmitted via secure communication channels and uploaded to a secure portal. For customs clearance of foreign citizens' parcels, it is required to provide a scan of the foreign citizen’s passport and a scan of the permission to stay in Russia.

When the order is delivered by Russian Post, you don’t have to provide passport details and TIN.

Time frame for parcel release from customs #

According to the Customs Code of the EAEU, the release of products is made no later than one working day following the day of the declaration’s registration. If all details are filled in correctly, the release period will be 2-3 days after the cargo’s arrival in Russia.

Duty-free import limits on the territory of the Russian Federation #

The limit of customs duties is 200 euros or 31 kg per parcel on the basis of the Decision of the EEC Council dated 20.12.2017 No. 107. If the parcel exceeds these indicators, the FCS charges a fee at the rate of 15% of the excess amount or 2 euros for each kilogram of excess, whichever is greater. This restriction applies to one package. The number of parcels received per month is unlimited.

• Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union, Chapter 37.
• Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated 20.12.2017 No. 107 “On certain issues related to products for personal use”.
• FCS Order No. 1060 dated 05.07.2018 “On the procedure for using the passenger customs declaration for express cargo in relation to products for personal use delivered by the carrier (transport forwarding company or courier delivery service), the recipient or sender of which is a natural person, containing the information necessary for the release of products for personal use with the use of a unified automated information system of customs authorities”.
• Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 158 dated 16.10.2018 “On customs declaration of products for personal use, delivered by the carrier as express cargo, using a passenger customs declaration.”
