What to do if my luggage is lost #

If upon arrival you find out that your luggage is lost, the first thing to do is to contact the Lost and found luggage tracing service to issue and get a certificate of the incident.

By law, luggage is searched for 21 days. If the luggage is not found within this period, you have the right to apply to the airline for compensation.

What to do if my luggage is damaged #

If you got your luggage and found out that it is damaged or part of it is missing, immediately contact the Lost and found service, get a certificate of damaged baggage (PIR), and contact the airline with a claim within 7 days.
