The seller can deliver products via Ozon, on their own or by another delivery service. The geography and delivery cost may vary.

Rates #
Due to a large number of orders in some time intervals, the delivery cost may vary.
If there are both Ozon and Ozon Express products in your order, the delivery cost is calculated separately and summed up.
If there are only Ozon Express products:
- regular courier delivery–free of charge;
- express delivery by courier–149 rubles.
For some addresses, different delivery prices apply.

How to return products #
Check the quality of the products when you receive your order. You can return unwanted products to the courier immediately, without requesting a return.
To return products after the courier has left, create a request:
- On the order card, click Return products and select the ones you want to return, specify the reason and attach a photo.
- Click Make a return .
- Follow the request status in the My returns section.
Products with a storage temperature requirements, for example, frozen products, are not subject to return.
The money will be refunded automatically within 2-3 days after the courier delivers the rejected products to the warehouse.
Frequent questions #
Why can’t I order express delivery? #
Check the delivery area. Your address may not be in the fast delivery area.
Only Ozon fresh products are available for fast delivery.
Why is the order in the cart divided into several parts with different delivery types? #
This means that the order contains products from different warehouses. Products with delivery by the seller or Ozon express delivery always delivered separately, so the order is split into several shipments and can have different delivery types.
