Aeroexpress #

Aeroexpress is a high-speed train on which you can get from the center of Moscow to Sheremetyevo, Vnukovo, and Domodedovo airports. Trains run every day from 5:30 to 00:00 every half hour almost without stops at speeds up to 120 km/h.

Aeroexpress trains have an original red and black design, and the cars are equipped with vacuum toilets, air conditioners, sockets, luggage racks, and facilities for people with disabilities. Also, train passengers can order food and drinks.

Where Aeroexpress goes from #

If your departure is from Sheremetyevo airport, you need to take the Aeroexpress train at the Belorussky railway station or at the Okruzhnaya railway station. The train will take you to terminal E. You will have to get to the other terminals yourself.

You can get to the Vnukovo airport from Kievsky railway station. The train will take you to Terminal A.

To get to the Domodedovo, you need to leave from Paveletsky railway station or Verkhniye Kotly railway station.

How to buy an Aeroexpress ticket #

You can buy an Aeroexpress ticket when placing an airplane ticket order if there is such an option in the system, or add it to an existing order in your personal account, but only if there are no children’s tickets in your order.

The ticket allows you to get from the metro to the airport from which you have a scheduled departure within 30 days from the date of the ticket’s validity–the start validity date is indicated on the ticket itself.

How to return an Aeroexpress ticket #

If you bought an Aeroexpress ticket and want to return it, this can be done at least 2 days before the expected departure. To return the ticket, write to the Ozon Travel support chat and specify:

  • “Aeroexpress ticket return” message subject;
  • order number;
  • the last name of the passenger who wants to return the ticket;
  • the direction of the ticket to be returned (to/from the airport).

Since we need at least 4 hours to process the request, take this time into account when creating it.
