Terms of forced air tickets return for canceled flights

From February 2022, the terms of forced returns for canceled flights may vary depending on the airline. We have added information on the most popular airlines. If your airline is not on the list, this means that your return procedure will be standard, and we will contact you soon.

Aeroflot, S7 Airlines, Nordwind, Azimuth, Smartavia #

Due to the need to centralize the refund procedure, all returns require additional approval from the carrier.

We register all returns in the airlines' systems, but due to the heavy workload on their part, there can be delays of up to several months.

The airline performs ticket returns automatically. The average return period is 2 weeks. It will take another 3-5 days for the money to be credited to your account.

Ural Airlines #

Ural Airlines has established a special procedure for the tickets return. Passengers are offered a refund without penalties for canceled flights and medical reasons, as well as according to the fare rules, if there are no changes in the schedule.

You can get the money to a bank card or a certificate that can be spent on airline tickets.

  1. An application–you can find the application form on the airline’s website in the “What to do if my flight is canceled” section. When making an application, select the refund type: in cash or by crediting to the certificate.
  2. E-ticket–you can download it from your Ozon personal account.
  3. Your payment card details.
