“Flight” travel insurance policy #

Valid in case of flight cancellation, if the carrier reported the cancellation less than a day before departure, in case of flight delay starting from the full 4th hour of delay, in case of loss or damage to baggage, in case of accidents at the airports of departure and arrival or aircraft.

If an insured event has occurred, report it at the check-in desk: put a mark of the delay or cancellation of the flight, report about the loss or damage of luggage, and contact AlfaInsurance for further instructions by phone +7 800 333-09-99 no later than 30 days from the date of the event.

If you request a refund of the ticket, the insurance policy will be canceled, and its cost will be fully refunded.

“Extended” travel insurance policy #

Valid in case of flight cancellation, if the carrier reported the cancellation less than a day before departure, in case of flight delay starting from the full 4th hour of delay, in case of loss or damage to baggage, in case of accidents at the airports of departure and arrival or aircraft.

Additionally, it is valid in case of flight cancellation if the carrier informed about the cancellation less than a day before departure, in case of flight delay starting from the full 4th hour of delay, in case of loss or damage to baggage, in case of accidents on the territory of departure and arrival airports or aircraft.

The policy becomes effective from the moment of purchase. It can be canceled within a day after purchase. At the end of the day, the policy can be returned within 14 days, but only in agreement with the insurance company. In case of ticket refund for any reason, the policy is not refunded.

Insurance for traveling abroad #

It is a standard insurance that is required by embassies when applying for a visa or in case of illness abroad. Insurance is issued separately from tickets, not earlier than a year before the trip, but not later than a day before policy start date.

The types of risks are determined at the time of insurance registration, depending on your preferences.

You can cancel the policy from your personal account no later than its start date. In case of cancellation, 100% of the amount paid for the policy will be refunded.

If the travel dates change, the policy cannot be exchanged. You can only cancel it and buy a new one for the dates of interest.
