How to add luggage to the order #

To add luggage to your order:

  1. When making an order and entering passenger data, check whether there is an opportunity to purchase the necessary option as an extra one. It is often cheaper to improve the conditions of the flight by purchasing an extra option and not a separate service.

  2. If you have chosen a ticket without luggage, write to the Ozon Travel support chat to add a service. We will check if it is possible to do this and how much it will cost.

  3. You can also try repeating a similar search on our website or in the app, but selecting the with luggage tag this time.

  4. If you want to add non-standard luggage, write to the Ozon Travel support chat and specify its type and parameters.

Please note that it’s not always possible to add luggage. It depends on many factors, but we will try our best to help you out.
