To order this service, write to the Ozon Travel support chat and specify:

• an order number;
• where exactly you need an accompanying person, e.g., from the check-in desk to the plane and back;
• if the passenger is in a wheelchair: type of wheelchair (mechanical or electric), dimensions of a wheelchair when folded, battery capacity and battery type, if a wheelchair is electric;
• whether the passenger needs to get to the plane in a wheelchair or it is necessary to put it in the luggage right away.
