How to return products outside of Russia

To return the products, make a  request, wait for its approval and send the products by mail or courier.

Return requests #

  1. In your personal account, go to the Orders section. Select an order and clickReturn the products.

  2. Mark the products from the order you want to return. Click Continue.

  3. Select the reason for the return, describe the problem and add photos of the product.

  4. Click Make a return .

The return request has been issued. Usually the request is approved within three days. Keep track of its status in your personal account in the My returns section.

Preparing and sending a return #

You need to send a return within 5 days after the request approval, otherwise the request will be overdue.

Once your request is approved:

  1. Prepare the product for sending. Check the package for completeness and pack it carefully, so it won’t be damaged in transit. Take a picture of the product before shipping to avoid disputes.
  2. Put a sheet with the return number inside the parcel. You can write the number by hand or print it out.
  3. In the form on the parcel, specify the return number. You can write it next to the recipient’s information.

Without a number, your return won’t be accepted at the warehouse and the time for receiving money will increase.

Where can I find the return number

  1. Take the return to the post office or to one of the courier services.
  2. Pay for the shipment yourself and, if necessary, customs fees, save the receipt. We will refund you the cost of packaging and delivery only if the product has defects or the wrong product was brought to you. If returned for other reasons, the cost won’t be refunded.
  3. In your personal account in the My returns section click Send a return and confirm the shipment of the parcel: upload the receipt and specify the track number that you will receive at the post office or courier service, depending on the chosen sending method. This will help us track the parcel and accept the return in stock.

Sending by mail #

To send a return, you can use any local service with further delivery in Russia. For example: BelPost, KazPost, Israelpost, and USPS.

In the form on the parcel, specify the return number. You can write it next to the recipient’s information.

Send the return to the address: 140961, Russia, Moscow region, Podolsk, Magistralnaya st. (mkr-n Lviv), 7, A/Ya 4. Recipient: LTD “Internet Solutions”.

Save the receipt.

Sending by courier service #

You can select any courier service that delivers parcels to Russia. For example: DPD, CDEK, Pony Express, AlemTat, KSE, DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

In the form on the parcel, specify the return number. You can write it next to the recipient’s information.

Save the receipt.

Money and points return #

When the return arrives at the warehouse, we will check it and make a decision–it may take up to 10 days. Follow the status in the My returns section. After verification, the money will be credited to your account in a few days, depending on the bank and payment system. If a longer check is needed or it turns out that the product is non-returnable, we will send you a notification.

To return the products sending and packaging cost, send us the return number and photo of the receipt in the chat after receiving the money for the return. You can receive compensation for delivery only for the products that had defects or that were delivered by mistake.
