Limitations #
- The work of some pick-up points and postal terminals is no longer available due to the closure of the stores where they are located.
- We recommend that you use contactless or postal terminals in pharmacies and grocery stores.
Some delivery and payment methods may not be available for certain regions and product categories. For example, Ozon Card, Ozon Express products and bulky products can’t be delivered to the parcel terminal, and some sellers' products and products from abroad can only be ordered in advance.
