Free delivery #

The rules for receiving free delivery and information about delivery zones apply only to orders in Russia. The exception is delivery by Russian Post, it is always paid.

Minimum order cost for courier delivery for all Ozon users, including Ozon Premium subscribers:

• 499 rubles in zones 1 and 2,
• 999 rubles in zone 3.

Delivery cost to the regions #

The delivery cost to different regions may vary and depends on the delivery zone. You will see the exact details when placing an order. You can calculate the approximate cost of the order, taking into account the receiving address and the delivery method on the Delivery cost page. You can see the list of regions and cities that belong to each delivery area below.

The delivery cost of orders by Russian Post is determined by the Russian Post tariffs. You will see the cost when placing an order. Information about Ozon tariffs does not apply to this delivery method.

The delivery cost also depends on other factors. For example, on the product weight, its volume and size, as well as its category. Some product categories have individual delivery costs, these include:

• auto parts and auto supplies;
• moto products;
• repair and construction;
• cleaning and laundry accessories;
• bathroom;
• interior and decor.

Bulky products delivery #

Bulky products that are larger or heavier than the majority of products take a special place in Ozon’s assortment Transporting them is more complicated and more expensive, so the delivery cost depends on the size and is calculated according to separate rules.

If at least one of the measurements meets these criteria, the product is considered bulky:

• length from 120 cm,
• width from 80 cm,
• height from 60 cm,
• weight from 25 kg.

Also, special delivery conditions apply for some products from the categories:

• auto products,
• plumbing,
• repair and construction,
• tools,
• furniture.

The delivery cost of bulky products depends on the order weight, the distance to the recipient and the products' category.

Within Moscow and the Moscow Oblast the delivery is made by courier service the next day after placing the order between 10:00 and 22:00.

You can order bulky products to St. Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast, Yekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk Oblast, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar, Voronezh.

Heavy cargo delivery #

Delivery zones 1, 2, 3

• For orders over 15 kg–delivery cost × 1,5.
• For orders over 30 kg–delivery cost × 2.
• For orders over 40 kg–delivery cost × 3.

Delivery zone 4

• For each 1 kg over 2 kg–499 rubles.

Fast delivery #

We use air transport for fast delivery.

Fast delivery limitations #

• Maximum size of the products in the order: 120 cm × 80 cm × 75 cm.
• Maximum weight of the products in the order: 10 kg.

Dangerous products are not to be transported:

• Explosive substances and products.
• Gases.
• Flammable liquids.
• Flammable solids; substances capable of spontaneous combustion; substances that emit flammable gases when interacting with water.
• Oxidizing substances and organic peroxides.
• Toxic substances and infectious substances.
• Radioactive materials.
• Corrosive (caustic) substances.
• Other dangerous substances.

If such a delivery method is available for your order, on the checkout screen select Fast delivery.

Fast delivery is available when placing an order in Khabarovsk, Vladivostok, Blagoveshchensk, Ussuriysk, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Birobidzhan, Chigiri.

Delivery outside Russia #

Ozon delivers some products outside Russia. The cost and delivery time will be calculated when ordering. Customs Service of your country may additionally request taxes and duties payment, as well as ask for the identity document details.

The delivery cost is calculated for each shipment separately and depends on the products weight in the order. You will see the exact delivery cost of each shipment when placing an order before payment.
