If you cancel an order or part of it, we will refund the money and points. If you refuse a part of your order, and the cost of the remaining products is lower than necessary for free delivery, we will refund the money for the canceled products, but will deduct the delivery cost from this amount.

The delivery cost will not be refunded if it was calculated separately from the cost of products when placing the order, and you cancel the order after it is handed over to delivery or refuse the products of proper quality upon receipt.

When you return the products, we will refund the money and points upon their receipt if the return is made according to the instructions from the How to return a product section. The money for delivery and for each of the products is refunded separately.

When will the money be refunded after the order cancellation #

Less than 6 hours have passed after paying the order #

When you pay for your order, the money is not charged immediately, it is blocked on the card for 6 hours. If you cancel an order or a part of it, we immediately unlock the amount for canceled products on the card.

As a rule, banks don’t send any notification about money unblocking, and there is no separate operation in your personal bank account:

  • If the entire order is canceled, the charge for it disappears from the history of operations.
  • If you cancel a part of the order, the charge for it is reduced by the amount of the canceled products.

Full information about blocking and unblocking money is displayed in the bank statement. If the money is not unblocked, contact your bank support.

More than 6 hours have passed after paying the order #

Once you pay for the order, the money is charged from the card in 6 hours. After canceling the order, we will send it back within 72 hours.

The money will be returned to your account within 2–3 days after sending. The maximum term is 10 days. The refund term depends on the bank and the payment system. The refund operation will be reflected in your personal bank account.

If 10 days have passed, but the money has not been returned, please contact your bank support.

When will the money be returned after returning the products #

After receiving the return, we need to check it, which may take up to 10 days. If a longer check is required, or it turns out that the product is non-refundable, information about this will be displayed in the status of the return request in the Returns section.

If the return is approved, we will immediately send you the money and a notification about it. The money will be returned to your account within 2–3 days after sending. The maximum term is 10 days. The refund term depends on the bank and the payment system. If 10 days have passed, but the money has not been returned, please contact your bank support.

We will refund you the delivery cost of the product if one of the conditions is met:

  • the product turned out to be counterfeit,
  • the product does not match the description,
  • the product has been delivered damaged,
  • the product is missing parts.

The return delivery cost is calculated in proportion to the weight of the returned product in the total weight of the order.

For example, the total weight of the order is 500 grams, and the cost of this order delivery is 300 rubles. The product you’re returning weighs 100 grams. So we’ll refund you 300 ÷ 500 × 100 = 60 rubles.

If you return a product of proper quality, we will refund you the cost of the product, but we will not refund the delivery cost.

Where the money will be refunded #

Ozon points, Premium points To the Ozon points and Premium points account. Inside the order, points and bonuses are distributed in proportion to the products' cost. When you return the product, we will refund the points or bonuses that you spent exactly on it.
Electronic gift certificate To the balance of funds. These funds can be used only for paying purchases on Ozon It is not possible to withdraw them to a bank account.
