How to change the order #

How to add a product to the order #

Cancel the order and repeat it again with the necessary products. Cancellation is available on the website before the order goes to the “Accepted for processing” status.

How to reschedule the delivery or split the order #

Products with the From abroad tag are delivered directly from the seller from abroad. An order with such products can’t be split into several shipments during delivery. The products are delivered from the seller’s warehouse, so the delivery time that you see on the order page in your personal account is orientative.

It is not possible to change the delivery date.

How to change the phone number or the recipient #

You can change the phone number or the recipient only by agreement with the seller and before the order is in the “Sent to delivery” status. Click Write to the chat button on the shipment page and describe your request.

How to cancel the order #

The order has not yet been confirmed by the seller #

If the order has not yet moved to the “Accepted for processing” status, you can cancel it in the Orders section. Click the Cancel button on the order page and select the reason for cancellation.

The order has already been confirmed by the seller #

If the seller has confirmed the order and moved it to the “Sent to delivery” status, you will not be able to cancel the delivery. You can issue an order return after its delivery.

Money and bonus points refund #

If you cancel the order before it is confirmed by the seller, the money and bonus points will be refunded within 3–20 days to the account from which you paid for the order. The time of crediting depends on your bank or the payment system you used to pay for the order.
