Ticket exchange or return calculation before or after its purchase #

You can find out what amount will be refunded to you when you return the ticket before and after its purchase.

To find out the amount before ticket’s purchase, place an order on the Ozon website and write the order number and a request to calculate the refund amount to the Ozon Travel support chat. We will check and inform you about the amount that will be refunded to you.

This request is informative. In this case, your ticket will remain unchanged. If you are not satisfied with the refund amount, just do not pay for the issued ticket.

If you have already purchased a ticket, you also need to write the order number and a request to calculate the refund amount to the Ozon Travel support chat. After processing the request, we will inform you of the amount, and you will be able to decide which is more profitable for you: to use the current ticket or return it.

If you are considering using the ticket at another time, you can calculate the exchange cost. To do so, decide on the date to which you want to reschedule your flight, and write the order number and request for exchange calculation to the Ozon Travel support chat. We will process your request and issue an invoice for payment. If the amount suits you, pay the bill, we will exchange the ticket. If you change your mind, do not pay, and the ticket will remain unchanged.

We will send all information on exchanges or returns to your email address specified in the order.
