How can I move my Ozon Travel account to Ozon?

Personal account #

In your personal account on Ozon, go to Orders → Ozon Travel. If you see a list of orders that were placed on the Ozon Travel website, it means that your account has already been moved automatically.

If you don’t see the list of orders, go to the Ozon and Ozon Travel account combining page. Enter your username and password from your personal account on the Ozon Travel website and click Log in. Check your orders in your personal account.

If you forgot your password, after entering your login, click I don’t remember the password, and we will send you an email with a confirmation code. Enter the code in the corresponding field. After that, your data will be moved from the Ozon Travel website to Ozon website.

If the accounts have not combined after that, write to the Ozon Travel support chat.

Corporate account #

Go to the Ozon and Ozon Travel account combining page and click Combine accounts. Specify the company’s corporate account details on Ozon Travel to link it to the account on Ozon.

If your company uses several Ozon Travel corporate accounts, you can combine them under one Ozon login. On the account combining page click Combine accounts and link Ozon Travel corporate accounts to your Ozon account consistently.

If you have several companies, create a personal account of an individual on Ozon for each of them. Go to the account combining page and enter the company’s corporate account details on Ozon Travel.

After combining, make sure that all your orders and user accounts have become available in the Ozon personal account in the Orders section.
