The order is canceled, or I haven't received tickets by the mail

If you received a message that the order has been canceled, check the numbers of the paid and canceled orders. You can view them in your personal account in the Ozon Travel section.

If the numbers don’t match, most likely, you have placed several orders, and the canceled ones have expired time for payment. Make sure that you have received an itinerary receipt for the paid order.

If you have paid for the order and haven’t received the itinerary receipt, check the “Spam” folder. If you still can’t find a ticket, write to the Ozon Travel support chat.
