An electronic voucher is a document confirming the booking and full hotel prepayment. It contains:
- the booking number,
- the name of the hotel, its address, and contact details;
- the accommodation type and category;
- the period of stay and number of nights;
- check-in and check-out time according to local time for the hotel;
- the information about residents;
- included services, for example, breakfast;
- the information about the service supplier;
- a map with the location of the hotel and a photo of the facade.
After paying for the booking, you will be able to download an electronic voucher in your personal account in the Ozon Travel section. We will also send it to the specified email address.
When checking into a hotel, show the voucher in electronic or printed form together with the original identity document.

For natural persons #
After paying for the booking in your personal account in the Electronic receipts section you will see an electronic order payment receipt with a QR code. When checking out the hotel, you will see a check for accommodation with a QR code in this section.
