I don’t receive an SMS with a code #

Make sure that:

  • your phone is turned on and within range of network reception;
  • you have entered the correct phone number.

Sometimes the SMS does not come immediately. If there is no SMS for 20 minutes, try to get the code again.

I can’t log in to the app by fingerprint or face scan #

If your smartphone supports Touch ID or Face ID, make sure that this feature is turned on in your phone settings.

I was hacked #

If you suspect that your Ozon account has been hacked, let us know about the hacking in the chat.
