Payment by bank card #

The payment takes a few minutes.

The payment may fail if:

  • You have entered incorrect card details.
  • The card has expired.
  • There is not enough money on the card.
  • It is not possible to confirm the operation on the card with a one-time password from an SMS.
  • The bank has established a ban on online payments.

If the payment failed:

  • Try again in 20 minutes.
  • Contact the bank that issued the card.
  • Try paying with another card.

If this doesn’t help, contact us.

You can unlink the bank card in your personal account.

If you have an Ozon Premium subscription, then there must be at least one saved card. To change it, contact us.

YooMoney #

The payment is made within 2-3 business days.

If the time has expired, and you have not received an order acceptance letter, contact us.
