Payment methods #
You can pay for the order on the website or in the app. To receive a paid order, you may need a personal identity document.
Bank card #
When placing an order, select Online by bank card and click Go to online payment. Enter the card data and click Pay. The minimum payment amount is 1 ruble.
We accept bank cards with 16, 18, 19 digits in the number for payment:
- VISA, MasterCard, American Express;
- VISA Electron/Plus, Cirrus/Maestro, if they have a CVC2 and CVV2 code;
- MIR;
- Halva, Sovest, Home Credit.
After paying for the order, you will receive an electronic receipt on your email. All electronic receipts are stored in your personal account in the Electronic receipts section.

YooMoney #
When placing an order, select YooMoney and click Go to online payment. If necessary, log in and enter the payment data. The maximum payment amount for identified users is 100,000 rubles, for anonymous users–15,000 rubles.

After paying for the order, you will receive an electronic receipt on your email. All electronic receipts are stored in your personal account in the Electronic receipts section.
Apple Pay, Google Pay #
Online payment with Apple Pay and Google Pay is available in the Ozon app.
Limitations:
- The minimum payment amount is 20 rubles, the maximum is 500,000 rubles.
- The total amount of transactions per card per day is 1,000,000 rubles.
- The maximum number of transactions per card per day is 5.

Gift certificate #
Gift certificate is an opportunity to buy products on Ozon.
To purchase a gift certificate, select the value and place an order. Within 30 minutes after payment, you will receive an email with a code. The gift certificate can be activated within a year from the date of its receipt. After activation, the funds will be credited to the balance of funds and will be available for use for three years.
No more than three gift certificates can be activated per day. The gift certificate can’t be returned.
If you can’t activate your certificate, contact us. In the message, specify the certificate code.
Balance of funds #
The balance of funds is a section of the personal account with information about the available amount of money after the gift certificate activation, product cancellation or return. With this money you can pay for purchases on Ozon.
To withdraw money from the balance, when placing an order in the Payment section select User Ozon account or Partial payment from the User account.
You can check the balance in your personal account in the Balance of funds section.
Ozon Points #
To charge points, when placing an order in the Payment section select Use for payment
You can’t specify the number of points charged. You can pay up to 25% of the product cost with points.
You can’t pay for the order delivery with Ozon points.
