Refund from the Ozon Travel user account

The instruction is for the Ozon Travel website users.

How to withdraw money from the balance of funds

If you have any funds left on the user account in the Ozon Travel personal account, you can issue a refund to a bank card.

To do this, email refunds@ozon.travel:

  • the name of the personal account owner;
  • login or email to which the personal account is registered;
  • the number of the last paid order, the flight destination, and the list of passengers who took the flight;
  • the amount of the remaining funds on the account.

For a refund:

  • full name of the payee,
  • card number,
  • a 20-digit personal account,
  • bank name,
  • bank correspondent account,
  • BIC code of the bank.

We will receive your letter and inform you about the refund date.
