Premium Points are a type of points available to Ozon Premium subscribers.

You can get Premium points during the Premium subscription period.

The amount of cashback is from 1 up to 4% on Premium products. Cashback for regular products is not accrued.

How to get points #

You can get Premium Points for purchases from Premium Sellers who are members of the Loyalty program. Such sellers have a Premium-seller label. They offer high quality service, low prices, and their products get good ratings.

You can also get cashback with Premium points:

  • up to 30% off promotions on Ozon,
  • 1% for purchases in all other stores.

You will see the amount of Premium Points we will accrue in the cart when placing an order. We will accrue cashback after you receive the order. Usually the accrual is immediate, but in some cases the accrual period can be up to 14 days.

The maximum amount of Premium points on the account is 150,000. You can get no more than 30,000 Premium Points per month.

Premium points are accrued after the order is received, but in some cases the accrual period may be up to 14 days after the order changes to the Received status.

How to check the amount of points on the account #

To check how many Premium points you have, go to the Points section in your personal account:

How to spend points #

You can use Premium points to pay up to 99.9% of the products cost on Ozon at the rate of 1 point = 1 ruble. The minimum cost of the product is 1 ruble, the rest you can pay with points.

To pay for a purchase with points:

  1. In the Payment section, select Ozon Account.
  2. Select that you want to use bonus points to pay for purchases.

When and how they are refunded #

If you cancel an order or return a product from it, the points will be refunded to your account automatically along with the money. You can monitor the accrual and refund of points in the Points section in your personal account.

In the order, Premium points are distributed equally according to the products cost. For example, if there are 200 and 100 ruble products in an order, we will charge twice as many points for the first product than for the second. When you return the product, you will get back the points that we charged for it. The points charged for the order delivery will not be refunded if the order was not canceled before handed over to delivery and the products were delivered.

The points that were accrued for the purchase of the product are annulled when it is returned.
