Pick-up service is a partner delivery service for picking up products by the shipping provider. Using the pick-up service, you can transfer products from your warehouses to the shipping provider.

Ural #
To start using the service:
- Contact the manager of the drop-off point where you plan to deliver the products.
- Sign up with the Ural personal account.
- Select the address of the drop-off point.
- Select the time for the product handover.
- Depending on the type of shipment, specify:
- the quantity of bags when shipping in bags;
- the ID of each shipment when shipping per unit.
- Hand over the products to the shipping provider.
Submit your request before 15:00 to hand over the products on the same day. If you submit your request later, you’ll be able to hand them over only the next day.
Delivery cost depends on the type of shipment: in bags or per unit.

To pick up the products, ETS cooperates with the STO and YT courier services. The service is available in all regions within the coverage area of these companies.
UNI #
To start using the service, submit a request to the shipping provider’s support team via WeChat: Mao_miji. In the request, specify:
- Your contact person’s details and parcel pick-up address.
- Number of parcels for pick-up at a time.
The shipping provider picks up the products within 12 hours after you submit the request.
If your warehouse is within the shipping provider’s coverage area, they pick up the parcels themselves. If you’re outside the coverage area, the shipping provider uses another company’s courier services.
For the Express, Super Express, Economy, or Super Economy methods, the shipping provider picks up parcels free of charge, if their quantity is more than 10 or total weight is over 10 kg. If you meet these requirements, you can order the pick-up service for Extra Small parcels for free with no minimum limit.
Otherwise, for the Extra Small method, the shipping provider picks up parcels free of charge, if their quantity is more than 100.

- Provide the shipping provider with your warehouse address and contact details. If your warehouse is within the shipping provider’s coverage area, they confirm your request and send the phone number of the courier that’ll pick up your products.
- Call the courier to confirm the number of products and handover time. The courier will pick up your products the next day.
The service is provided free of charge. The minimum number of parcels is 10.

RETS #
To start using the service, submit a request according to the instructions. The service is provided free of charge.
To pick up the products, RETS cooperates with the STO and YT courier services. The service is available in all regions within the coverage area of these companies.
ZTO #
To request the service, contact the ZTO CWST 400 support team at 95270. If you want the bot to redirect you to Ozon orders support, say “three”. Support hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30. You can also contact WeChat support using its ID: jiangzy–2018. To create a request, provide your warehouse address. You’ll be notified of the courier’s arrival time.
For shipments weighing more than 3 kg the service is free of charge. If the shipment weighs less than 3 kg, you’ll be charged an additional fee. Its amount depends on the distance from your warehouse and is calculated by the shipping provider’s customer support team.

JD Logistics #
To start using the service:
- Pack small products into large parcels.
- Log in to the JD Logistics Zhuo Pai delivery platform with your JD account. If you don’t have an account, create a new one.
- Enter information about the sender and the consignee, select the courier company and print the express invoices.
- Stick the shipping label to the outside of large parcels.
- Hand over the products to the shipping provider.
User guide on ordering the pick-up service
The shipping cost, assembly time, and total delivery time are determined by the logistics company you select on the JD Logistics Zhuo Pai delivery platform. You can place the order until 17:00. It’s collected on the same day.
JD Logistics delivers to all regions of China except Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

To start using the service, contact the support team of the shipping provider via WeChat: ATC跨境电商物流.
Enter:
- your warehouse address,
- your contact details,
- the time for parcel pickup,
- the number of parcels and their weight.
The service is provided free of charge. The minimum number of parcels is 5.
The shipping provider picks up products Monday through Friday. To have the parcels picked up on the same day, submit the request before 17:30.
Limitations:
- the length of one side is not over 1.2 m,
- the sum of three sides is not over 1.6 m,
- the weight is not over 30 kg.

Tanais & UMT #

The service is provided free of charge. The minimum number of parcels is 30.
Delivery geography: shipping provider’s pick-up service is only available in Istanbul.
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday: pick-up within Istanbul city limits, Asian part.
- Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: pick-up within Istanbul city limits, European part.
Outside Istanbul:
- Via HepsiJet delivery: for parcels with a volumetric weight of up to 5 kg. They’ll be picked up from your warehouse and delivered to the UMT warehouse in Istanbul.
- Via MNG Kargo delivery: for parcels with any volumetric weight. Bring them to the MNG Kargo delivery office and send them to the UMT warehouse in Istanbul using the agreement code: 340314282.
Delivery times:
- 1 day: from areas within 600 km of the UMT warehouse;
- 2 days: from areas further than 600 km from the UMT warehouse;
- 3 days: from areas further than 1200 km from the UMT warehouse.
