To avoid critical errors, make sure you correctly fill in the product name, information and details, as well as add correct images:
If any errors were found during moderation, correct them and save changes.
If you disagree with an error or don’t understand what it means, let us know by following this link or click on the message icon in the bottom section of your profile and select Create a request. Select Content / Work with the product card → Moderation. If there are any errors related to the product, it won’t be shown on Ozon, and the customers won’t be able to purchase it.
