If there is a disputed situation with a product return or acceptance, you can prove that you shipped the order in a marketable form and in its entirety. To do this, you need to send us videos of assembling orders and unpacking returns.
Why you should film work with orders on video:
- shooting during assembly and packaging confirms that you have shipped all products without damage and didn’t mix anything up during packaging;
- shooting when unpacking returns shows if the customer sent you wrong product or sent it damaged or used.
This is a necessary step to resolve disputes with the customer.
Video requirements:
- shoot videos in good quality and in good lighting;
- show all the details on the video: the product itself, the packaging process, the package after assembly and the label with marking.
If the video is of poor quality or there is no information on it, we won’t be able to resolve the issue in your favor.
