Selling Refurbished Smartphones

You can’t sell used products on Ozon: they’re on the list of prohibited products.

Refurbished phones have been in use but are back on sale with new components, so you can sell them.

Rules for selling #

• The phone has passed pre-sale preparation.
• It has a new package, new set of components and accessories.
• The seller gives a 1-year warranty.

You can’t sell any refurbished products other than smartphones.

Create a PDP #

1. Create a PDP in the Smartphones, Tablets, Mobile Phones → Smartphone category.

2. Fill in the product information:

   • in the warranty period field, specify 1 year;
   • in the annotation, specify that the product has been refurbished and has passed pre-sale preparation;
   • mark it as Refurbished.
   

3. Click Add products. The product appears in the Products → Product list section. Once it passes moderation, the smartphone becomes available for purchase, and its PDP indicates that it’s refurbished.

We hide the PDP if it doesn’t meet the requirements for refurbished phones.
