- orders, delivery terms, refunds, and quality of products;
- complaints about the work of order pick-up points, their working hours, appearance of employees, or pick-up point condition;
- participation in promotion campaigns;
- employment at Ozon;
- commercial offers.

The hotline accepts messages related to:
- offering or accepting bribes;
- abuse of power or authority;
- theft of assets or valuables belonging to Ozon;
- illegal dissemination of Ozon’s confidential or insider information;
- violation of labor safety regulations and rules;
- harassment, discrimination of employees, violations of basic human rights and freedoms in the workplace;
- conflicts of interest;
- deliberate misrepresentation, falsification of financial and management records;
- illegal trade, including the sale of counterfeit or fake products;
- legalization of proceeds of crime;
- unfair competition;
- inappropriate advertising;
- any other violations of Ozon’s ethical business practices policy.

- All messages are received and processed the independent hotline operator, which guarantees the independence and confidentiality of the processing.
