Bank card #
Processing a payment takes several minutes.
It may fail if:
- You enter incorrect card details.
- The card has expired.
- There’s not enough money on the card.
- The transaction can’t be confirmed with a single-use password from a text message.
- Your bank doesn’t allow online payments.
If the payment failed:
- Try again in 20 minutes.
- Contact the bank that issued the card.
- Try to pay with another card.
If it doesn’t help, contact our support team.
Remove a bank card #
You can remove a bank card in your account in the Saved cards section.
