Documents required to receive an order #
To receive the order, you need a passport. You can’t check the order upon receipt.
How to find the pick-up point #
To see how to get to the pick-up point, on the order page click Pick-up point info:

next to the delivery date, if the order hasn’t been delivered yet;

next to the “Delivery to a pick-up point” inscription, if the order has already been delivered.
Order storage period #
You can see the order storage period on the order page in your personal account. You can pick it up until and including this day.
Getting receipt #
Once you pay for your order, you’ll receive an electronic receipt to the email. You can view all electronic receipts in your personal account in the Electronic cheques section.
If you don’t have a cash receipt or a bill of sale, you can still return the product.
