For natural persons #
- Passport.
- International passport.
- Birth certificate.
- Other documents used as identity documents according to the legislation of the customer’s country.
To receive a prepaid order at Ozon or partner pick-up points, you can also present the following documents in the recipient’s name:
- driver’s license;
- bank card with a name and surname on it;
- pension certificate.
You can specify another person as the recipient. If you didn’t do this when placing the order, issue a power of attorney. Write it in a free form and make sure to indicate the execution date and number of the order. Attach your passport copy to the power of attorney.

If a parcel contains age-restricted products, the recipient may have to confirm that they’re of proper age to receive it. They can do it by presenting one of the documents mentioned above.
