After Returning Products

Return checking and acceptance #

We need to check the product before making a refund.

Depending on a return method, the verification period may vary:

  • The product is delivered by a partner or a seller: the seller checks the product and makes a decision on the refund. It takes up to 7 days, counting from the day the product arrives at the warehouse. You can track your return by the delivery service track number.
  • The product is delivered by an Ozon partner: after returning the product, it’s sent to the specified address. Then it’s delivered to Ozon’s warehouse. We check it and make a decision on a refund within 10 days. You can track your return by the tracking number provided by the the delivery service.

Money refund #

If the refund is approved, we’ll send the money within 10 days and a notification about it. The refund period depends on the bank and the payment system. For international transfers, it may take longer to send money to your card.

If your card is blocked, we’ll credit money to your Balance of funds

If you paid for delivery of a return, attach a receipt to the return request.

We can refund the delivery cost if:

  • the product is fake;
  • it doesn’t match the description or is entirely different from what was advertised;
  • it was delivered expired or with sings of use;
  • the product was damaged during delivery;
  • the product is missing parts;
  • it doesn’t work or works poorly.
