You can cancel the entire order if it’s not in assembly yet. Otherwise, refuse the order upon receipt if this option is available for your delivery method or make a return request.
The refund status of canceled products is available in the Orders section for 2 weeks.
If you cancel the order that’s not in assembly yet:
- During the first 6 hours after placing it, we refund the money immediately.
- 6 hours after placing it, we refund the money within 72 hours. The refund period depends on the bank and the payment system.
