Change address or delivery method #
You can’t change the delivery address or method of the existing order. For example, you can’t change the pick-up point delivery to courier delivery, or change the house number.
You can:
- reschedule delivery, if it’s allowed by the delivery service;
- cancel the order and place a new one with the necessary address and delivery method.
Change payment method #
You can only use a bank card to pay for the order. You can change the card details if the order is in the Awaiting payment status:

In your personal account, open the order page.

Tap Change the payment method.

Select a new payment method. The order total is displayed under the selected method.
⚠️ The order total may change because of the applied promotions. If the promotion you used to buy the products has ended, the cost of the order increases. If not, the cost of the order including new promotions will remain the same or decrease. -
Tap Change the payment method. If you are paying for the order with a new card, enter its details. If you’re paying with the saved one, specify the CVV/CVC and the confirmation code from the text message.
If the card payment has failed, the payment method is still getting changed.
If you’ve changed the payment method, but the payment for your order failed right away, you can do it later.
