If your order hasn’t been handed over to delivery yet, you can cancel it in the Orders section. On the order page, tap Cancel and select shipments or the entire order. You can’t remove specific products from the shipment, but you can return them after picking them up.
If you cancel the order before it’s handed over for delivery, Ozon refunds you the product cost and the shipping cost. After the handover, only the product cost can be refunded.
