General Terms of Consent to Personal Data Processing (personal account)

Pursuant to the Personal Data Processing Terms, I give consent to LLC “Internet Solutions” (“Data Controller”) to both automated and non-automated processing of the following personal data (“Consent”):

  • filled out in an application form under which this Consent is hyperlinked to (“Form”);
  • specified in a personal account for Ozon web service, access to which I get by filling out the Form (“Personal Account”);
  • included in the documents uploaded to the Personal Account;
  • requested/received by the Data Controller and communicated/provided to in the course of due diligence on me.

Purpose for personal data processing is to provide me with access to Personal Account and to conduct subsequent due diligence on me as a counterparty in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation requiring the Data Controller to maintain a certain level of due care when choosing its counterparties, as well as to contact me on any issues related to the Personal Account.

I understand that personal data processing means any actions (operations) with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data. When providing personal data of a third person to the Data Controller, I confirm and guarantee that such person’s consent to provision of data is received.

Consent is valid from the datе of its provision until the date of withdrawal in writing, but in any case no more than 3 (three) years from the date of:

  • termination of a last contract between me and the Data Controller provided that I notify the Data Controller of the intention to terminate business relations and of the need to deactivate me as a prospective counterparty of the Data Controller in its information systems; or
  • signing of the consent if there is no contract between me and the Data Controller.

You can withdraw consent by sending a request to the Data Controller (to the address specified above) in a free form but with the following information included:

  • full name;
  • number of the document proving identity of a data subject or their representative, information on the issue date of this document and on the issuing authority, or other data allowing to unambiguously identify a data subject;
  • information confirming relations between a data subject and the Data Controller, or information otherwise confirming personal data processing by the Data Controller;
  • data subject’s signature (or their representative’s signature).
