Copying products between accounts

To copy products from one personal account to another:

  1. Download all products from your primary personal account.
  2. Upload them to the secondary personal account.
  3. Fix the errors found when uploading the file.
  4. Check moderation results and fix the reported errors.

Download products #

  1. In your primary personal account, go to the Products and prices → Manage inventory section.

  2. Click Download products → Products by categories XLS.

  3. Go to the download manager.

  4. Download product templates generated upon your request.

Upload products #

  1. In your secondary personal account, go to the Products and prices → Upload products via Ozon template section.

  2. In the Upload the completed template section, click Choose file. Choose template downloaded from your primary personal account and click Upload. Repeat this step for all downloaded templates.

Fix errors #

  1. Go to the Products and prices → Import history section.

  2. The number of products with errors will be indicated in the “Processed with errors” column. If there are errors, click and select Download products with errors.

  3. Review the errors in the file, fix them, and re-upload the file.

Pass moderation #

After uploading the products have to pass the moderation.

To view its results and fix errors:

  1. Go to the Products and prices → Import history section.

  2. The number of products with errors will be indicated in the “Processed with errors” column. If there are errors, click and select Learn more.

  3. A pop-up with errors description will appear. Fix them and resubmit the products for moderation.
