Processing a payment takes several minutes.
It may fail if:
- you enter incorrect card details;
- the card has expired;
- there’s not enough money on the card;
- the transaction can’t be confirmed with a single-use password from a text message;
- your bank doesn’t allow online payments.
If the payment failed:
- try again in 20 minutes;
- contact the bank that issued the card;
- try to pay with another card.
