Payment With a Bank Card Failed

Processing a payment takes several minutes.

It may fail if:

  • you enter incorrect card details;
  • the card has expired;
  • there’s not enough money on the card;
  • the transaction can’t be confirmed with a single-use password from a text message;
  • your bank doesn’t allow online payments.

If the payment failed:

  • try again in 20 minutes;
  • contact the bank that issued the card;
  • try to pay with another card.
