Non-returnable #

Proper quality products with individual features, such as a custom engraved vase.

Returning proper quality products #

If the product is of proper quality, but you don’t get the right size, you ordered multiple options to choose from, or you just don’t like the product, you can return it if:

  • the appearance, factory seals, and labels are still intact;
  • there are no signs of use;
  • the factory packaging isn’t damaged;
  • you haven’t installed or activated programs on electronic devices;
  • the product consumer properties have been preserved and the expiration date hasn’t expired;
  • you return the entire set of products, for example, both volumes for a book in two volumes.

Proper quality products #

Within 7 days #

  • Non-periodical publications: books, brochures, albums, cartographic and musical editions, sheet editions, calendars, booklets, publications reproduced on technical media.
  • Technically non-complex electronics.
  • Technically complex products, for example: refrigerators, dishwashers, or washing machines, electric or gas stoves, watches, laptops, smartphones, or other electronic devices.

Within 21 days #

You can return any products except:

Order execution claim #

Claims for the execution of an order include cases where:

  • the wrong product, size, or color was delivered;
  • a part of the set is missing;
  • the product has expired or was damaged during delivery.

If you have complaints about the execution of the order, you can return it within 3 days from the date of purchase.

Improper quality products #

The product is of improper quality: it’s counterfeit, doesn’t work, or there’re visible damages.

Within 7 days #

  • Non-periodical publications: books, brochures, albums, cartographic and musical editions, sheet editions, calendars, booklets, publications reproduced on technical media.
  • Products with individual features, such as a custom engraved vase.

Within 15 days #

Technically complex products, for example: refrigerators, dishwashers, or washing machines, electric or gas stoves, watches, laptops, smartphones, or other electronic devices.

Within the warranty period #

The warranty period is the period of time during which the manufacturer must satisfy the customer’s requirements for product replacement, refund, or gratuitous repair of defects. The manufacturer becomes liable when a substantial defect has been identified that interferes with the operation of the product.

If the product has a warranty, you can return it under warranty within the period indicated on the product card.

If the warranty period is not specified, you can return a technically complex product under warranty within 365 days from the date of purchase.

⚠️ The warranty may also be provided by the seller. The warranty period is indicated in the product card.
