You can ask questions about the product’s characteristics and usage details in the Product questions section of the product page. You’ll receive answers from official representatives and users who bought the product.
Asking questions #
- On the product page, go to the Product questions section.
- Check if other users have already asked a similar question.
- Type your question. If you’d like to hide your name, toggle to Ask a question anonymously.
- Tap Submit.
Once the question passes moderation, we’ll publish it and notify the users who bought the product. You’ll be receiving notifications about new answers. You can:
- Delete your question if no one has answered it yet: tap → Delete question.
- Make your question anonymous if someone has already answered it: tap → Make question anonymous.
- Choose the best answer. It’ll be pinned under your question and marked with the tag. You won’t be receiving notifications about new answers after this.
Answering questions #
When someone asks a question about the product you bought, you receive a notification. To answer the question, on the product page tap Answer below it.
Configuring notifications about questions and answers #
In your personal account, open the Notification settings section.
Specify how often you’d like to receive push notifications and emails:
- about questions from other users regarding the products you bought;
- about answers to your questions.
Moderation #
Moderators don’t approve questions or answers that:
- aren’t related to the product;
- are uninformative and contain only emotional or rhetorical statements;
- contain obscene language or insult other users;
- contain a lot of lexical, grammar, and spelling errors, or are typed in Latin letters;
- contain advertising content.
