You’ll receive a text message from the delivery service or the customs authorities of your country. It contains the deadline by which you must pay the duty. The message is sent to the contacts you provide to the delivery service when placing the order.
Check the duty amount with the delivery service or the customs authorities of your country. Pay it through the delivery service or directly to the customs authorities. Payment method depends on your country.
Delivery outside Russia #
Ozon delivers some products outside Russia. Delivery cost and time are calculated when you place an order. Customs Service of your country may additionally request you to pay taxes and custom duties or ask you to provide your identity document details.
