Deleting an Account

You can delete your account only if all of the orders you’ve made are completed.

Once the profile is deleted, we can’t restore:

  • personal data,
  • order history,
  • balance of funds,
  • list of products added to cart and favorite products.

To delete your account:

  1. On the Ozon ID page in the Account management section, click Delete account.
  2. Specify the reason for deleting the account and click Continue.
  3. Enter the code from the text message or email to confirm the deletion.
  4. Click Delete.
