You can delete your account only if all of the orders you’ve made are completed.
Once the profile is deleted, we can’t restore:
- personal data,
- order history,
- balance of funds,
- list of products added to cart and favorite products.
To delete your account:
- On the Ozon ID page in the Account management section, click Delete account.
- Specify the reason for deleting the account and click Continue.
- Enter the code from the text message or email to confirm the deletion.
- Click Delete.
